基于多模态影像技术与分子生物学标志的伽玛刀治疗在复发脑胶质瘤患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Gamma Knife Treatment Based on Multimodal Imaging Techniques and Molecular Biomarkers in Patients with Recurrent Glioma

摘要 目的:探讨基于多模态影像技术与分子生物学标志的伽玛刀治疗在复发脑胶质瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2025年1月徐州矿务集团总医院收治的100例复发脑胶质瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与常规组,各50例。常规组行标准伽玛刀治疗,试验组实施基于多模态影像技术与分子生物学标志的伽玛刀治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗1、3、6个月后,试验组疗效评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗3、6个月后,两组生活质量评分均升高,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.001)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于多模态影像技术与分子生物学标志的伽玛刀治疗在复发脑胶质瘤患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者生活质量,并保证治疗安全性。 Objective:To explore the application effect of gamma knife treatment based on multimodal imaging techniques and molecular biomarkers in patients with recurrent glioma.Methods:A total of 100 patients with recurrent glioma admitted to Xuzhou Mining Business Group General Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the conventional group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group received standard gamma knife treatment,and the experimental group received gamma knife treatment based on multimodal imaging techniques and molecular biomarkers.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1,3,and 6 months after treatment,the efficacy scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the quality of life scores in the two groups increased,and the score in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gamma knife treatment based on multimodal imaging techniques and molecular biomarkers has significant effects in patients with recurrent glioma,and can improve the quality of life of patients and ensure the safety of treatment.
