摘要
在全球老龄化背景下,腰椎退变性疾病与骨质疏松症的共存显著增加腰椎融合内固定术的并发症发生风险,已成为脊柱外科亟须应对的临床难题。随着近年来研究的深入,对于合并骨质疏松症的腰椎融合内固定术有了更全面的认识和更有效的处理策略。该文在综述相关研究的基础上,就合并骨质疏松症的腰椎融合内固定术的基本处理策略进行述评,为合并骨质疏松症的腰椎融合内固定术的临床处理提供参考,以期降低并发症的发生率。
In the context of global population aging,the coexistence of lumbar degenerative diseases and osteoporosis significantly increases the risk of complications associated with lumbar spinal fusion and internal fixation,making it an urgent clinical challenge that spinal surgery needs to deal with.In recent years,with the deepening of researches,there have been a more comprehensive understanding and more effective treatment strategies for the lumbar spinal fusion and internal fixation patients complicated with osteoporosis.Based on a review of the relevant literature,this paper comments on the fundamental management strategies for lumbar spinal fusion and internal fixation in patients complicated with osteoporosis,with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical management of lumbar spinal fusion and internal fixation in patients with osteoporosis,and reducing the incidence of complications.
