摘要
目的 分析基于体医融合模式的手指操对结缔组织病相关雷诺现象患者发作频率和疼痛程度的影响。方法 选取2021年10月至2024年9月收治的结缔组织病伴有雷诺现象的176例患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组88例。对照组患者采取常规干预方式,观察组在对照组干预的基础上进行基于体医融合模式的手指操锻炼。2组患者均干预3个月。比较对照组和观察组手部溃疡评分和雷诺评分、雷诺现象发作时间、麻木情况、疼痛情况、手指冰冷时间、冰冷次数、患者焦虑情况和满意度。结果 干预3个月后,与对照组比较,观察组手部溃疡评分、雷诺评分、发作持续时间、发作频率、麻木时间、麻木评分、疼痛时间、疼痛评分、手指冰冷时间、冰冷次数、HAMA评分降低,满意度上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于体医融合模式的手指操治疗结缔组织病相关雷诺现象的效果确切,可以显著降低患者的疼痛程度,降低患者发作频率。
Objective To analyze the influence of finger exercises based on physical medical integration model on the attack frequency and pain degree of Raynaud's phenomenon associated with connective tissue disease.Methods From October 2021 to September 2024,176 patients with connective tissue disease accompanied by Raynaud's phenomenon treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and observation group using a random number table method,with 88 cases per group.Patients in both groups were given routine interventions,while those in the observation group were additionally given finger exercise based on physical medical integration model.Patients in both groups were treated for 3 months.Hand ulcer score,Raynaud's score,Raynaud's phenomenon onset time,numbness,pain,finger cold time,cold frequency,anxiety and satisfaction were compared between groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had significantly lower hand ulcer score,Raynaud's score,attack duration,attack frequency,numbness time,numbness score,pain time,pain score,finger cold time,cold frequency and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),and higher satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Finger exercise based on physical medicine fusion mode has a definite effect on the treatment of connective tissue disease related Raynaud's phenomenon,which can significantly reduce the degree of pain and reduce the frequency of attacks.
