摘要
目的:探讨在急性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗中,循证理念下标准化急救流程的应用效果。方法:选取接诊脑梗死患者86例,随机分为两组,其中对照组患者43例实施常规急救护理,观察组患者43例实施循证理念下标准化急救流程,对比两组救治效率、神经功能(NIHSSS)评分。结果:观察组分诊时间、CT检查时间、溶栓时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证理念下标准化急救流程在急性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗中,可有效提升救治效率,缩短溶栓时间,促进神经功能改善。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized emergency procedures under the evidence-based concept in thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:86 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(43 patients)received routine emergency care,while the observation group(43 patients)received standardized emergency procedures based on evidence-based principles.The treatment efficiency and neurological function(NIHSSS)scores of the two groups were compared.Result:The observation group had lower triage time,CT examination time,and thrombolysis time than the control group(P<0.05);The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized emergency procedures under the evidence-based concept can effectively improve treatment efficiency,shorten thrombolysis time,and promote neurological function improvement in patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing thrombolytic therapy.
