面向先进作战概念开发的兵棋推演关键技术

摘要 兵棋推演作为连接军事理论与作战实践的重要桥梁,在未来战争研究与先进作战概念开发中具有不可替代的作用。阐述兵棋推演的基本内涵及其在作战概念开发中的功能,重点分析其在网络中心战、马赛克战、决策中心战和算法战等外军新型作战概念下对联合作战的支撑需求。提出面向先进作战概念开发的兵棋推演技术发展的关键方向,包括先进仿真建模、智能规划决策、大模型驱动的人机协同以及数据挖掘与因果分析,以提升兵棋推演在多域联合作战场景下的适应性与智能化水平。从作战机理、认知主导和开放共享3个维度进行综合思考,指出兵棋推演在未来联合作战概念设计、验证与优化中的核心价值。 As a crucial bridge connecting military theory and operational practice,wargaming plays an irreplaceable role in the research of future warfare and the development of advanced operational concepts.This paper first expounds on the basic connotation of wargaming and its functions in operational concept development,with a focus on analyzing its supporting requirements for joint operations under new foreign military operational concepts such as network-centric warfare,mosaic warfare,decision-centric warfare,and algorithmic warfare.Wargaming can not only simulate the complex multi-domain joint battlefield environment but also reveal the key operational mechanisms in cross-service and cross-domain collaboration,providing a verification platform for joint command and force employment.Subsequently,the paper proposes the key directions for the development of wargaming technologies oriented towards advanced operational concept development,including advanced simulation modeling,intelligent planning and decision-making,large-model-driven human-machine collaboration,and data mining and causal analysis,so as to enhance the adaptability and intelligence level of wargaming in multi-domain joint operation scenarios.Finally,the paper conducts comprehensive reflections from three dimensions:operational mechanisms,cognitive dominance,and open sharing,and points out the core value of wargaming in the design,verification,and optimization of future joint operational concepts.
