摘要
随着汽车工业的快速发展,车辆电子化程度不断提升,车载空调、导航系统、安全气囊等电子设备对电能供应的稳定性与持续性提出了更高要求。因此本文以汽轮发电机整流桥为对象,依据汽车的实际使用工况对汽轮发电机常见故障进行了简单分析,建立症状查找、原因分析、故障判断的三级诊断法,并分别从电路工作测试、机械结构检查及使用情况观察三方面给出了具体的故障判断方案,对提升汽车发电系统可靠性与整车运行安全性具有重要实践意义。
With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the continuous improvement of vehicle electronicization,electronic devices such as car air conditioning,navigation systems,and airbags have put forward higher requirements for the stability and continuity of power supply.Therefore,this article takes the rectifier bridge of a steam turbine generator as the object and conducts a simple analysis of common faults in steam turbine generators based on the actual operating conditions of automobiles.A three-level diagnostic method is established for symptom search,cause analysis,and fault diagnosis.Specific fault diagnosis schemes are provided from three aspects:circuit operation testing,mechanical structure inspection,and usage observation.This has important practical significance for improving the reliability of automobile power generation systems and the safety of vehicle operation.
