摘要
研究肥胖儿童在扁桃体腺样体切除术全身麻醉中呼吸参数的合理调整方式及围手术期呼吸并发症的有效预防措施。选取2024年2月—2024年12月接受扁桃体腺样体切除术的120例肥胖儿童为研究对象,将其随机分为优质干预组和一般干预组,每组60例。一般干预组采用常规呼吸参数设置进行麻醉,优质干预组根据患儿具体情况调整呼吸参数,统计患儿呼吸力学指标、麻醉药物使用情况、并发症的发生情况和手术时间。结果显示,干预后,优质干预组呼吸力学指标、麻醉药物使用情况均优于一般干预组(P<0.05);优质干预组有1例患儿发生喉痉挛、2例患儿发生低氧血症、1例患儿发生呼吸抑制,并发症总发生率为6.67%,低于一般干预组的20.00%(P<0.05);优质干预组麻醉苏醒时间、住院时间短于一般干预组(P<0.05)。研究发现,需关注肥胖儿童全身麻醉中对于呼吸参数的调整。
To study the reasonable adjustment method of respiratory parameters during general anesthesia and effective preventive measures for perioperative respiratory complications in obese children undergoing tonsil and adenoid resection.A total of 120 obese children who underwent tonsil and adenoid resection from February 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into a high-quality intervention group and a routine intervention group,with 60 cases in each group.The routine intervention group received anesthesia with conventional respiratory parameter settings,while the high-quality intervention group adjusted respiratory parameters according to the specific conditions of the children.Respiratory mechanics indexes,anesthetic drug usage,incidence of complications and operation time were statistically analyzed.The results showed that after intervention,the respiratory mechanics indexes and anesthetic drug usage of the high-quality intervention group were better than those of the routine intervention group(P<0.05);in the high-quality intervention group,1 child had laryngospasm,2 children had hypoxemia,and 1 child had respiratory depression,with a total complication rate of 6.67%,which was lower than 20.00%of the routine intervention group(P<0.05);the anesthesia recovery time and hospital stay of the high-quality intervention group were shorter than those of the routine intervention group(P<0.05).The study concludes that attention should be paid to the adjustment of respiratory parameters during general anesthesia in obese children.
