摘要
用矿物掺合料部分取代水泥,设计制备了C45混凝土,结合扫描电镜,探究了掺合料掺量对C45混凝土性能与微观结构的影响,并明确其经济效益和碳排放特征。结果表明,胶凝材料用量为430 k/m3,矿物掺合料掺量为60%,在控制坍落度为200 mm,扩展度为485 mm的情况下,56 d抗压强度为74.2 MPa,原材料成本可减少34元/m3,碳排放减少162 kg/m3。
C45 concrete was prepared by using high content of mineral admixture and cement,and the effects of the mineral admixture on the performance and microstructure of C45 concrete were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy,and its economic benefits and CO 2 emission characteristics were clarified.The results demonstrated that the content of the mineral admixture was 60%and the content of cementitious material was 430 kg/m 3,the 56-day compressive strength was 74.2 MPa under the conditions of 200 mm slump and 485 mm slump flow,meeting the requirements of C45 concrete.Furthermore,the cost of raw material reduced by 34 yuan/m 3,and the CO 2 emission reduced by 162 kg/m 3.
