盾构狭小空间侧向始发与侧方出渣施工工艺研究

Research on the Construction Technology of Shield Tunneling with Staggered Launching and Side Slag Removal in Narrow Space

摘要 针对城市密集区盾构始发井空间不足的普遍难题,以北京轨道交通22号线(平谷线)甘露园站—定福庄站区间线路隧道工程为背景,提出盾构狭小空间侧向始发及侧方出渣解决方案。开展包括盾构平移与抬升始发、始发托架与反力架安装、盾构调试、负环管片安装、始发段洞内侧方出渣、管片转体运输以及盾构试验段掘进的施工工艺分析。研究结果为类似盾构狭小空间的施工提供技术路径和借鉴方法。 In view of the common problem of insufficient space of shield launching shaft in urban intensive areas,taking the tunnel project between Ganluyuan Station and Dingfuzhuang Station of Beijing Rail Transit Line 22(Pinggu Line)as the background,the solutions of lateral launching and side slag discharge in narrow space of shield are put forward.The construction techniques are analyzed including shield translation and lifting launching,installation of launching bracket and counterforce frame,shield machine debugging,partial segment installation,slag discharge from the inner side of the launching section,segment rotation transportation and shield test section tunneling.The research results provide a technical path and reference method for the construction of similar shield narrow space.
