复杂条件下航天测控规划调度系统设计

摘要 在航天测控任务日益复杂化和多样化的背景下,短时间内完成多型号航天器测控任务需求与地面测控设备资源有限的矛盾日益突出。针对这一问题,设计了一种基于优化模型的测控任务规划与设备调度系统。通过构建测控设备、测控点位、任务场景等基础数据库,系统化描述测控资源与任务之间的约束关系;利用Dijkstra算法建立测控点位间的连接矩阵,优化测控设备调度路径;基于目标函数和约束条件构建线性规划模型,并计算得到最优测控调度方案。该系统在设备利用率、任务完成率和调度效率等方面均优于传统的人工方法,能够应对复杂条件下的测控规划调度需求,为航天测控资源的高效调度提供理论支持和技术保障。 In the context of increasingly complex and diverse spacecraft TT&C tasks,a growing contradiction has emerged between the demand for complete multi-type spacecraft TT&C operations within a short time and the limited ground-based TT&C resources.An optimized model-based system for TT&C task planning and equipment scheduling has been designed for this issue.By constructing databases of TT&C equipment,tracking sites,and mission scenarios,the system systematically described the constraints between TT&C resources and tasks.The Dijkstra algorithm was employed to establish a connection matrix between tracking sites and optimize the scheduling paths of TT&C equipment.Based on objective functions and constraints,a linear programming model was constructed,and an optimal TT&C scheduling solution was computed.This system outperformed traditional manual methods in terms of equipment utilization rates,mission completion rates,and scheduling efficiency.It met the planning and dispatching demands under complex conditions,providing theoretical support and technical assurance for the efficient scheduling of spacecraft TT&C resources.
