摘要
目的运用循证方法整合俯卧位通气患者肠内喂养不耐受预防的最佳证据。方法系统检索中英文数据库和指南网中有关俯卧位通气患者喂养不耐受预防的相关证据,检索时限为建库至2025年6月5日。由两名研究者独立完成文献筛选、质量评价、证据提取和汇总。结果共纳入12篇文献,包括1篇指南、7篇系统评价、2篇证据总结、1篇临床决策、1篇推荐实践。最终从管理与培训、风险筛查与评估、体位管理、喂养方案、药物预防和非药物预防6个方面共总结出25条证据。结论研究归纳整合的俯卧位通气患者喂养不耐受的预防证据有益于临床护理实践,可推广应用。
Objective To synthesize the best evidence of prevention of enteral nutrition(EN)feeding intolerance in patients ventilated in prone position.Methods Retrieve relevant on the prevention of feeding intolerance in prone position ventilated patients from Chinese and English databases and guideline websites,conducted from database inception to June 5,2025.Two researchers independently completed literature screening,quality evaluation,and data extraction to summarize the evidence.Results A total of 12 articles were included,including 1 guideline,7 systematic reviews,2 evidence summaries,1 clinical decision,and 1 recommended practice.Finally,25 pieces of evidence topics were synthesized from six aspects:management and training,risk screening and evaluation,postural management,feeding regimen,pharmacological interventions,and nonpharmacological interventions.Conclusion The study summarize the best evidence for prevention of enteral nutrition feeding intolerance in prone ventilated patients.These findings offer a scientific foundation for clinical nursing practice and are highly recommended for implementation in clinic.
