摘要
在高湿或黏性物料高速运输情况下,灰尘黏附在皮带机上,严重影响其运输效率。为解决该问题,将脉冲喷吹引入皮带机除尘系统,通过脉冲气流的高压冲击作用,清除黏附在皮带机表面的灰尘。通过对脉冲喷吹过程数值模拟,分析了喷吹气流的流量、压力和速度变化,并对比不同喷吹距离下挡板附近的压强峰值,得出最佳喷吹范围2d~10d。研究结果可为皮带机除灰及延长设备使用寿命,降低维护成本提供参考。
In the case of high-speed transportation of high humidity or viscous materials,dust adheres to the belt conveyor,which seriously affects its transportation efficiency.In order to solve this problem,pulse blowing is introduced into the belt conveyor dust removal system,which removes the dust adhering to the surface of the belt conveyor through the high-pressure impact of the pulse gas stream.In this study,the pulse blowing process is numerically simulated to analyze the flow,pressure and speed changes of the blowing airflow,the peak pressure near the baffle is compared under different jetting distances,and the optimal jetting range of 2 to 10 d is determined.The results of the study can provide a reference for the belt machine dust removal,but also has an important significance to extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.
