摘要
目的 探讨基于互联网+信息—动机—行为(IMB)模式的共享决策(SDM)模型对肺结节患者心理状态和睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取2024年9月至2025年1月于福建省福鼎市医院肺结节门诊检查的70例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法分组,每组35例。对照组给予常规健康管理方案,观察组构建并实施基于互联网+IMB模式的SDM模型健康管理方案。比较2组的焦虑抑郁水平、睡眠质量和心理弹性水平。结果 干预2周和4周后,观察组的医院焦虑抑郁量表中抑郁分量表和焦虑分量表评分,以及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,心理弹性量表评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05);组间、组内不同时间作用均显著(P均<0.05)。结论 构建并实施基于互联网+IMB模式的SDM模型,能够有效改善肺结节患者的睡眠质量,缓解其焦虑抑郁情绪,提高心理弹性。
Objective To explore the impact of a shared decision-making(SDM)model based on the Internet plus information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)pattern on the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with pulmonary nodules.Methods A total of 70 patients who were examined at the pulmonary nodule outpatient department of Fuding Hospital from September 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the subjects of study.They were grouped via using a random number method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received a conventional health management plan,and the observation group developed and implemented a health management plan of SDM model based on the Internet plus IMB pattern.The levels of anxiety and depression,sleep quality,and psychological resilience of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of intervention,the observation group exhibited lower scores on the depression and anxiety subscales of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,as well as the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,compared with the control group.The scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effects at different times between and within the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development and implementation of an SDM model based on the Internet plus IMB pattern can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with pulmonary nodules,relieve anxiety and depression,and enhance psychological resilience.
