摘要
中国文化产业国际化是经济持续发展的重要支撑力量,也是提升国家文化软实力、推动中华优秀传统文化实现创造性转化和创新性发展的战略任务。面对复杂多变、错综交织的国际格局,文化产业在出海过程中面临着诸多挑战,国际传播中文化差异与认知隔阂、中西方文化制度壁垒以及专业人才匮乏等问题,制约我国文化产业“出海”。为应对这些挑战,文化产业通过打造原创设计、运用数字化制造、拓展跨媒介叙事与建构人才培养体系为突破口,深入推进文化产业与数字技术的深度融合,助推文化产业“破圈”发展,打造更多具有全球影响力的文化IP,推动中华文化在国际舞台上焕发新的生命力与感召力。
The internationalization of China's cultural industry is an important support for sustainable economic development.It is also a strategic task for enhancing the national cultural soft power and promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent Chinese traditional culture.The current complex and volatile international environment poses numerous challenges in overseas markets:cultural and cognitive differences in international communication,institutional barriers and the shortage of professional talents,all of which hindered the development of China’s cultural industry abroad.To address these challenges,the following approaches were proposed:the deepening of original design in the cultural industry,the application of digital manufacturing,the expansion of cross-media narrative,and the establishment of a talent training system.These measures promote the integration of the cultural industry with digital technology,enabling a breakthrough development of the cultural industry,creating more cultural IPs with global influence,and driving Chinese culture to regain new vitality and charisma on the international stage.
