摘要
目的 通过构建Neo4j知识图谱,深入研究针药相济治疗肠梗阻的中药和选药规律。方法 检索中国知网数据库自建库至2025年1月25日收录的所有有关针药联合治疗肠梗阻的临床类文献。经筛选(包括纳入与排除标准)后,首先采用Excel软件对符合要求的文献数据集进行计量统计处理,继而通过PHP 5.4编程环境实现以下数据分析模块:频次频率分析、基于Apriori算法的关联规则挖掘、采用K-means聚类方法的数据归类分析。结果 最终纳入文献95篇,包含针-药处方95个。其中,所有中药排名前4的是大黄、厚朴、芒硝、枳实;所有腧穴中排名前4的为足三里、上巨虚、天枢、下巨虚;中药以泻下药为主,腧穴以足阳明胃经为主要选穴归经,采用最多的特定穴类型为下合穴。进行关联规则分析得到4条强关联规则,分别为大黄-足三里,厚朴-足三里,枳实-足三里,芒硝-足三里。结论 针药相济治疗肠梗阻治则以通为用,泻下药方联合胃肠特殊穴位,内外合治,标本兼治,中药为主、针灸为辅来实现治疗效果。本研究总结分析了针药相济治疗肠梗阻的应用规律,以期为后续临床治疗肠梗阻提供相应数据参考。
By constructing a Neo4j knowledge graph,this study delves into the research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and drug selection for treating intestinal obstruction through acupuncture and medication.Methods All clinical literature related to the combined treatment of intestinal obstruction with acupuncture and medication from the self-built database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure to January 25,2025,was retrieved.After screening(including inclusion and exclusion criteria),the data set of eligible literature was fi rst processed using Excel software for statistical analysis.Subsequently,the following data analysis modules were implemented in the PHP 5.4 programming environment:frequency analysis,association rule mining based on Apriori algorithm,and data classifi cation analysis using K-means clustering method.Results A total of 95 articles were ultimately included,comprising 95 acupuncture-medicine prescriptions.Among these,the top four TCM herbs are rhubarb,magnolia bark,mirabilite,and citrus aurantium.The top four acupoints are Zusanli,Shangjuxu,Tianshu,and Xiajuxu.The TCM prescriptions mainly consist of purgatives,while the acupoints primarily focus on the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian.The most frequently used specific point type is the Lower Confluence Point.Association rule mining yielded four strong association rules:rhubarb-Zusanli,magnolia bark-Zusanli,citrus aurantium-Zusanli,and mirabilite-Zusanli.Conclusion The combined treatment of intestinal obstruction using acupuncture and medication emphasizes the principle of promoting circulation,combining purgative formulas with special gastrointestinal acupoints for internal and external treatment,addressing both symptoms and root causes,with TCM as the main approach and acupuncture as a supplementary method to achieve therapeutic eff ects.This study summarizes and analyzes the application patterns of the combined treatment of intestinal obstruction using acupuncture and medication,aiming to provide relevant data references for future clinical treatments of intestinal obstruction.
