摘要
目的:观察基于多元化护理需求的细节护理在哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年1月该院收治的92例哮喘患者的临床资料,根据入院时间先后将其分为对照组和研究组各46例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于多元化护理需求的细节护理,比较两组并发症发生率,护理前后心理状态[凯斯勒心理困扰量表(K10)]、健康行为[健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)]评分,以及服药依从性。结果:研究组并发症发生率为2.17%(1/46),低于对照组的17.39%(8/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组K10评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,两组HPLP-Ⅱ评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组服药依从性为97.83%(45/46),高于对照组的80.43%(37/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用多元化护理需求的细节护理可提高哮喘患者健康行为评分和服药依从性,降低心理状态评分和并发症发生率,效果优于单纯常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of detail nursing based on diversified nursing needs in patients with asthma.Methods:The clinical data of 92 patients with asthma admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different admission time,they were divided into control group and study group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given the detail nursing based on diversified nursing needs on the basis of that of the control group.The incidence of complications,the scores of psychological status[Kessler psychological distress scale(K10)]and health behavior[health promotion lifestyle profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)]before and after the nursing,and the medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.17%(1/46),which was lower than 17.39%(8/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the K10 scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;the HPLP-Ⅱ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the medication compliance of the study group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than 80.43%(37/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the detail nursing based on diversified nursing needs can improve the health behavior scores and the medication compliance of the asthma patients,and reduce the psychological state scores and the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
