高压电动机拖动恒转矩负载启动失败分析

Analysis of the starting failure of a high-voltage electric motor dragging a constant torque load

摘要 针对高压异步电动机拖动恒转矩负载启动时经常出现启动失败的情况,通常会采取提高启动电流倍数和启动电压幅值的措施,但这对电网的冲击较大。文章提出可以在高压电动机设计前期,通过预计算负载启动转矩而提供匹配的高压电动机的策略,并通过实际项目的软启动器设置参数和实际电机启动至额定时间,反向验证理论计算的结果。验证结果表明,此方法可行,可供设计方参考。 In view of the frequent occurrence of starting failure of high-voltage asynchronous motor driving constant torque load at the time of starting,it is to take measures to improve the starting current multiple and starting voltage amplitude,but this has a great impact on the power grid.In view of this,this paper proposes that in the stage of high-voltage motor design,the strategy of providing a matching high-voltage motor can be provided by pre-calculating the load starting torque,and the parameters of the starter of an actual project and the actual motor starting to the rated time are used to verify the theoretical calculation results in reverse.The verification results show that this method is feasible and can referred to by the design party.
