摘要
Dear Editor,Skeletal muscle is one of the most plastic tissues in human body.Myofiber,as the fundamental unit of skeletal muscle,plays a crucial role in skeletal muscle metabolism and contractile function.Skeletal muscle fiber types can be converted to each other,and this transformation can alter the function of skeletal muscle in both physiological and pathological states(Deshmukh et al.,2021;Moreno-Justicia et al.,2025).
