摘要
为提升新时代大学生心理健康教育,高校要构建情景模拟、朋辈互助等互动教学模式,运用大数据技术完善心理建档,实现动态追踪管理,强化家庭、学校、社会协同育人机制。同时,要以系统化、精细化教育来提升心理健康教育实效性,增强大学生心理调适能力,培育具备良好心理素质与社会适应力的高素质技能型人才。
To enhance mental health education for college students in the new era,universities should construct interactive teaching models such as scenario simulation and peer assistance,utilize big data technology to improve psychological profiling,implement dynamic tracking and management,and strengthen the collaborative education mechanism among families,schools and society.At the same time,systematic and refined education should be adopted to enhance the effectiveness of mental health education,strengthen college students'psychological adjustment abilities,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents with sound psychological qualities and social adaptability.
