摘要
为降低污泥中重金属含量,达到污泥园林利用的目的,采用沈阳市浑南区污水处理厂污泥,对比常见钝化剂粉煤灰和新型纳米炭黑对污泥的最佳钝化效果,验证新型钝化剂纳米炭黑的可用性。通过盆栽实验,探究钝化污泥对土壤重金属含量以及典型绿植的各个部分重金属积累的影响。结果表明:在温度为30℃时,10%的粉煤灰含量对污泥中Cu的钝化效果更好,3%的纳米炭黑对Pb、Cd和Zn的钝化效果更好。当2种钝化污泥含量增多时,绿植的生物量呈现先增后减的趋势,绿植的重金属质量分数增加,其中粉煤灰组Cu和Cd质量分数高于纳米炭黑组,纳米炭黑组Pb和Zn质量分数高于粉煤灰组。经2种钝化剂处理后的污泥都可以应用于土壤种植。
In order to reduce the heavy metal content in sludge and achieve the goal of sludge landscaping utilization,the sludge from Hunnan district sewage treatment plant in Shenyang city was used to compare the best passivation effect of common passivation agents fly ash and new nano carbon black on sludge,and the usability of the new passivation agent nano carbon black was verified.Further pot experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of passivated sludge on soil heavy metal content and the accumulation of heavy metals in various parts of typical green plants.The results showed that,at temperature of 30℃,10%fly ash content had better passivation effect on Cu in sludge,3%nano carbon black had better effect on Pb,Cd and Zn.When the content of two types of passivated sludge increased,the biomass of green plants showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the heavy metal mass fraction of green plants increased.Among them,the Cu and Cd mass fraction in the fly ash group was higher than that in the nano carbon black group,and the Pb and Zn mass fraction in the nano carbon black group was higher than that in the fly ash group.The sludge treated with two types of passivators can be applied to soil planting.
