摘要
数码模具工艺在建筑陶瓷行业的应用较广,其原理是在坯体上打印油性墨水,依靠油墨的疏水特性将水性釉浆排开,形成自然凹陷的纹理。这种工艺具有简单高效的优点,该工艺已日趋成熟,但目前尚且缺少对数码模具工艺的深入研究。
Digital mold technology is widely applied in the architectural ceramics industry.Its principle involves printing oily ink on the body,relying on the hydrophobic properties of the ink to repel the water-based glaze slurry,forming naturally recessed textures.This process has the advantages of simplicity and efficiency,and it has become increasingly mature.However,there is still a lack of in-depth research on digital mold technology.
