摘要
目的探讨耳郭瘢痕修复术后综合治疗策略对耳郭瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2024年12月期间收治的88例接受耳郭瘢痕修复术的耳郭瘢痕疙瘩患者,按照干预方式不同分为两组。对照组44例采用常规术后处理,观察组44例采用综合治疗策略,比较两组治疗效果。结果干预后,观察组患者瘢痕色泽、血管分布、柔软性及厚度评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率及复发率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗策略可有效促进耳郭瘢痕疙瘩患者术后创面愈合,改善瘢痕形态,提升治疗满意度,降低并发症与复发风险。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effificacy of a comprehensive therapeutic strategy following auricular scar repair surgery for auricular keloids.Methods From January 2021 to December 2024,88 patients with auricular keloids undergoing auricular scar repair surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(44 cases)received routine postoperative management,while the observation group(44 cases)received a comprehensive therapeutic strategy.The therapeutic outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores for scar color,vascularity,pliability,and thickness in the observation group were signifificantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction was higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were signifificantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions A comprehensive therapeutic strategy can effectively promote wound healing,improve scar appearance,enhance patient satisfaction,and reduce postoperative complications and recurrence risk in patients with auricular keloids.
