摘要
5G网络的开放性和设备的互联性,使得网络系统易受到多种类型的隐蔽式攻击,从而影响系统的安全稳定运行。文中提出基于信息时序动态变化的5G网络安全风险预测及预警研究。通过采集5G网络系统的正常信令序列和观测信令序列,确定网络运行状态转移概率,并通过构造攻击强度评估矩阵,求取网络攻击概率,结合网络实时监控数据和时序数据,提取安全风险特征,由此构建安全风险预测模型,进而计算网络安全异常分数,确定网络安全风险,计算网络安全风险预警阈值和区间,从而确定预警等级,实现网络安全风险预测及预警。实验结果表明,利用设计方法对5G网络系统进行安全风险预测与预警,预警结果误差较小,得到的虚警率低于0.2%,预警准确度较高。
Due to the openness of 5G networks and the interconnectivity of devices,network systems are vulnerable to various types of covert attacks,which can affect the secure and stable operation of the system.The research on 5G network security risk prediction and early warning based on dynamic changes in information timing is proposed.By collecting the normal signaling sequence and observation signaling sequence of the 5G network system,the probability of network operation state transition is determined.By constructing an attack strength evaluation matrix,the probability of network attack is calculated.Combined with real-time monitoring data and time series data of the network,security risk characteristics are extracted to construct a security risk prediction model.Then,the network security anomaly score is calculated to determine the network security risk.The network security risk warning threshold and interval are calculated to determine the warning level and achieve network security risk prediction and warning.The experimental results show that using the proposed method for predicting and warning security risks in 5G network systems results in small errors in warning results,with a false alarm rate of less than 0.2%and high warning accuracy.
