蓝藻胞外分泌混合物对鱼类功能性状的毒性效应及其机制研究进展

摘要 蓝藻水华已成为全球普遍关注的重要水环境问题。随着蓝藻在生长过程中会不断通过胞外分泌方式向环境释放一系列的次生代谢物,越来越多的人开始关注并研究蓝藻胞外分泌混合物的生态危害。鱼类作为蓝藻胞外分泌混合物直接暴露者,其功能性状的健康状况已受到蓝藻胞外分泌混合物的严重威胁。尽管当前蓝藻胞外分泌混合物对鱼类的生态毒性已被大量报道,但其对鱼类功能性状的毒性效应及其机制仍缺乏系统性认识。本文概括地介绍了蓝藻胞外分泌混合物的成分与含量及影响其成分与含量变化的因素,重点分析了蓝藻胞外分泌混合物对鱼类生长发育、生殖、免疫和神经与行为等功能性状的生态毒性效应,探讨了当前蓝藻胞外分泌混合物对鱼类功能性状损伤的有关机制。展望了蓝藻胞外分泌混合物及其对鱼类毒性领域的研究方向。本综述为理解蓝藻胞外分泌混合物对鱼类的生态毒性效应及其机制提供重要基础,亦为评估蓝藻胞外分泌混合物的水生态风险提供科学参考依据。 Cyanobacterial blooms have emerged as a globally significant threat to aquatic ecosystems.During growth,cyanobacteria release a series of secondary metabolites to the environment through extracellular secretion,prompting increasing scientific attention to the ecological risks of these exudative mixtures.Fish,as primary exposure recipients,have experienced severe functional trait impairments when subjected to cyanobacterial extracellular secretion mixtures.Although substantial evidence documents the ecotoxicity of cyanobacterial exudates to fish,systematic understanding of their impacts on functional traits and underlying mechanisms remains limited.This article provides a general overview of the composition,concentration dynamics,and environmental drivers of cyanobacterial extracellular secretions.This review focuses on analyzing the ecotoxicological effects of cyanobacterial extracellular secretion mixtures on fish functional traits,including growth,development,reproduction,immunity,and neurobehavior.It also explores mechanistic pathways of the damage to fish functional traits caused by these mixtures.Finally,we identify future research priorities in the field of cyanobacterial extracellular secretion mixtures and their toxicity to fish.This review provides an important foundation for understanding the ecotoxicological effects and mechanisms of cyanobacterial extracellular secretion mixtures on fish,providing a framework for aquatic ecological risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
