壳聚糖相关的给药系统在靶向治疗结直肠癌中的应用

摘要 壳聚糖是来源丰富的可再生高分子,有良好的安全性和生物活性,与它相关的生物材料丰富多彩,并呈现多样化的物理化学性质。特别是它容易制成形形色色的药物递送系统,例如,受体介导的给药系统、糖缀合物前药、pH响应型给药系统、光热疗法给药系统和siRNA纳米给药系统等多种靶向给药系统被若干临床前试验证实能显著改善化学治疗结直肠癌的安全性和有效性,展示了良好的应用前景。 Chitosan is a renewable polymer with abundant sources and has good safety and biological activities.Chitosan-based biomaterials are associated with diverse physiochemical properties.In particular,it is susceptible to chemical modification into diverse drug delivery systems such as receptor-mediated targeted systems,glycoconjugate prodrugs,pH-responsive systems,photothermotherapeutic systems,and siRNA nanosystems.Moreover,these chitosan-based drug delivery systems have been demonstrated in several preclinical trials to significantly improve the safety and efficacy of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer,holding good promise for practical applications.
