顶燃式热风炉砌筑工艺问题解决与实践改进

摘要 本文针对顶燃式热风炉砌筑中存在的燃烧器砌筑精度控制难、关键部位结构薄弱及格子砖换热效率有待提升等问题,结合酒钢集团宏兴股份公司检修工程部的实际施工经验,研究并实践了相应的砌筑工艺改进措施。通过砌筑改造后,热风炉的热效率提高,炉体寿命延长,并能稳定适配1250℃以上的高风温需求,同时在酒钢集团相关高炉应用中,取得了降低燃料消耗、增加产量和减少氮氧化物排放的经济与环保效益。 The paper focuses on the problems of difficult control of burner masonry accuracy,weak structure of key parts,and the need to improve the heat exchange efficiency of lattice bricks in the masonry of top fired hot blast stoves.Based on the actual construction experience of the Maintenance Engineering Department of JISCO,corresponding masonry process improvement measures have been studied and practiced.After masonry renovation,the thermal efficiency of the hot blast stove has been improved,the lifespan of the hot blast stoves has been extended,and it can stably adapt to high wind temperature requirements above 1250℃.At the same time,in the application of relevant blast furnaces in JISCO,economic and environmental benefits have been achieved in reducing fuel consumption,increasing production,and reducing nitrogen oxide emissions.
