摘要
排土场是矿山安全管理的重中之重。西沟矿北部排土场为主要排土场区,目前采用单台阶汽车排土-推土机辅助作业的排土方式,采用单台阶排土,由近向远堆置,后期采用多台阶复盖式排放工艺,由下而上倾斜分层复盖,形成最终边坡和最终排土境界。矿山建立排土场监测系统,定期进行排土场监测,根据获得的监测数据,分析其稳定性,及时发现产生形变的区域并采取行之有效的措施,以保矿山安全、长久的发展。
The waste dump is the top priority in mine safety management.The northern waste dump of Xigou Mine Co.is the main dumping area.Currently,the single-step truck dumping and bulldozer-assisted operation method is adopted.The single-step dumping is carried out from near to far.Later,the multi-step covering discharge process is adopted,with inclined layer-bylayer covering from bottom to top to form the final slope and final dumping boundary.The mine has established a dump site monitoring system and conducts regular monitoring of the dump site.Based on the obtained monitoring data,the stability is analyzed,and the areas with deformation are promptly identified and effective measures are taken to ensure the safe and long-term development of the mine.
