摘要
高磷铸铁闸瓦作为火车制动系统的核心备件,长期服役于高温、高压工况,对耐磨性能及外观尺寸精度均有较高要求,其铸造生产面临诸多技术挑战。本文以熄焦车高磷铸铁闸瓦为研究对象,结合其材质特性与结构特点,系统开展铸造工艺设计与优化研究。通过铸件性能分析、工艺方案设计、计算机模拟验证等手段,确定了砂型铸造的关键技术参数,包括浇注系统、补缩排气系统、分型面及熔炼浇注工艺等。采用该工艺进行小批量生产,铸件外观尺寸精确、内部组织致密,经现场装机验证,各项指标均满足使用要求。
High phosphorus cast iron brake shoes,as core components of the train braking system,are subject to long-term service in high temperature and high pressure conditions,and have high requirements for wear resistance and dimensional accuracy.Their casting production faces many technical challenges.This paper takes the high phosphorus cast iron brake shoes of the coke quenching car as the research object,and systematically conducts research on casting process design and optimization based on their material properties and structural characteristics.Through performance analysis of the castings,process scheme design,and computer simulation verification,the key technical parameters of sand casting,including the pouring system,feeding and venting system,parting surface,and melting and pouring process,are determined.By using this process for small-scale production,the appearance dimensions of the castings are precise and the internal structure is dense.After on-site installation verification,all indicators meet the requirements for use.
