摘要
本文通过对连铸连轧生产电工圆铝杆的工艺调整及关键参数优化,研究使用电解铝液为主材生产8030电工圆铝杆的适用工艺,探索出一套高质高效的生产工艺。结果表明,该工艺具备复制性强、费效比高、产品品质好等优点。产品核心技术指标均达行业先进水平,具有较高的推广价值。
This paper investigates the suitable process for producing 8030 electrical-grade round aluminum rods using electrolytic aluminum liquid as the main material through process adjustments and optimization of key parameters in continuous casting and rolling production,and explores a set of high quality and efficient production processes.The results indicate that this process has the advantages of strong reproducibility,high cost-effectiveness,and good product quality.The core technical indicators of the product have reached the advanced level of the industry and have high promotional value.
