摘要
针对电动装备在隧道等受限空间作业时存在的续航不足、充电效率低下的问题,文中通过分析现有换电技术空间适应性差等缺陷,结合隧道施工场景的狭小空间约束条件,创新性地提出了一种多场景适配的移动换电车。文中详述了移动换电车的主要结构组成、技术参数及特点,并经高原隧道等场景工程验证了其可有效地支持电动装备连续作业,为绿色施工提供了关键技术装备支持。
Considering the limited endurance and low charging efficiency exhibited by electric equipment operating within confined spaces such as tunnels,and recognizing the inadequate spatial adaptability inherent in existing battery swap solutions,a multi-scenario adaptive mobile battery swap vehicle was innovatively conceived to accommodate the stringent clearance constraints characteristic of tunnel construction.The principal architecture,technical parameters,and features of the mobile battery swap vehicle are elaborated,and its efficacy in sustaining uninterrupted operation of electric equipment was validated through field applications in plateau tunnel projects,thereby furnishing pivotal technical support for green construction initiatives.
