摘要
本研究聚焦公立医院青年科研人员中的党员群体,深入探讨其思想政治与党员教育培训的现状与挑战。文章揭示了在教学模式、内容供给、学用转化及评估机制等多个维度存在的结构性矛盾。尽管医院党组织已实施多项教育举措,但传统“大水漫灌”式的培训仍难以满足高学历、高专业性科研党员的需求,导致参与度与实效性不佳。为此,本文构建了一个“智能识别-精准供给-动态评估”的三维重构体系,并提出包括个性化课程设计、实践教育与案例分析、交流平台构建、党建引领融合以及智能化评估在内的具体优化策略。实践证明,通过上述策略,试点部门的思政教育参与度与满意度均提升30%以上,党员科研项目伦理审查一次通过率提升25%,有效提升了教育的吸引力与实效性。文章最后指出,未来研究应更紧密地结合科研实践,借助人工智能等现代化技术,推动党员教育工作的精准化与高质量发展。
This study focuses on young Party-member researchers in public hospitals and explores the status and challenges of their ideological,political,and Party-member education.The paper reveals structural issues across multiple dimensions,including teaching models,content delivery,practical application,and evaluation mechanisms.Although hospital Party organizations have implemented various educational initiatives,traditional“one-size-fits-all”training still fails to meet the needs of highly educated and specialized research-oriented Party members,leading to low engagement and limited effectiveness.To address this,we propose a three-dimensional restructuring framework based on“intelligent identification-precise supply-dynamic evaluation,”along with specific optimization strategies such as personalized curriculum design,practice-and case-based education,communication platform development,deeper Party-building integration,and intelligent assessment.Pilot implementation demonstrated that these strategies increased participation in and satisfaction with ideological and political education by over 30%,while the first-pass rate for ethical review of Party-member research projects rose by 25%,effectively enhancing educational appeal and practical outcomes.The article concludes that hospitals should closely integrate education with research practice and leverage modern technologies such as artificial intelligence to promote precision and high-quality development in Party-member education.
