摘要
促渗技术通过物理、化学及生物学方法增强活性成分的渗透能力,显著提升其生物利用度,已成为功效型护肤品开发的核心研究方向。系统综述近年来促渗技术在化妆品领域的研究进展,重点探讨物理促渗技术、化学促渗剂以及纳米载体促渗系统的作用机制及应用效果,为功效型化妆品的研发提供理论依据和技术参考。
Permeation enhancement technologies,which employ physical,chemical,and biological approaches to boost the penetration capability of active compounds and significantly enhance their bioavailability,have emerged as a core research focus in functional skincare product development.A systematic review of recent advancements in permeation enhancement technologies within the cosmetics field,with particular emphasis on the mechanisms and practical applications of physical permeation methods,chemical permeation enhancers,and nano carrier-based delivery systems was provided in this paper.It offers theoretical foundations and technical references for the development of high-performance cosmetic products.
