摘要
随着医学影像设备(CT、MRI、DSA、PET-CT等)的创新并实现了成像技术的数字化,为实现医学影像融合创造了条件,提供了可能。目前,我国县级以上医院都具备了这些具有数字化功能的影像设备,具备了开展多模态影像融合的条件,但在多数医院、多数专业学科,尤其是三级甲等医院,多数还未开展多模态医学影像融合这一有助于提高精准诊断的新技术。究其原因,一是认识问题,认为CT、MRI、DSA等单一影像就可明确诊断,而工作繁忙,不愿再耗费时间去进行更多工作;其二是订购DSA机时(或因经费限制)未购买DSA机后处理工作站及配备相应的多模态影像融合软件,因此,多数医院和专科未开展多模态影像融合这一造福患者的诊断技术。随着多模态医学影像融合成像技术的开展,与其相关的医学新名词及新概念应运而生,为便于学术交流、论文书写、著作编著,我们学习并收集一些资料,以供参考。
With the innovation of medical imaging equipment(such as CT,MRI,DSA,PET-CT,etc.)and the realization of digital imaging technology,conditions and possibilities have been created for medical image fusion.Currently,hospitals at or above the county level in China are equipped with these digital imaging devices,providing the foundation for conducting mu ltimodal image fusion.However,in most hospitals and specialized disciplines,especially in tertiary Grade A hospitals,this new technology—which aids in improving diagnostic accuracy—has not yet been widely adopted.The reasons for this are twofold:first,there is a perception issue,where it is believed that single imaging modalities such as CT,MRI,or DSA are sufficient for clear diagnosis,and due to busy workloads,there is reluctance to invest additional time in further work;second,when purchasing DSA machines(or due to budget constraints),postprocessing workstations and corresponding multimodal image fusion software were not acquired.As a result,most hospitals and specialties have not implemented this diagnostic technology that benefits patients.With the development of multimodal medical image fusion technology,new medical terms and concepts related to it have emerged.To facilitate academic exchange,paper writing,and monograph compilation,we have studied and collected relevant materials for reference.
