水轮机调速器接力器特征分析及其改进

摘要 本文针对水轮机调速系统执行机构接力器的时间常数(T_(y))不可调与操作功不足问题,以厘清问题成因、破解技术矛盾并提升调速系统运行品质为目的,对主配压阀-接力器传递特性、操作功匹配机制及动态响应特性进行理论分析,并结合TB电站实测数据开展实证研究,揭示出不当的T导致的稳定性一灵敏性矛盾,以及操作功不足引发的甩负荷导叶关闭畸变现象。据此,本文提出T_(y)可调式液压回路与操作功提升方案,经验证可显著改善调速系统动态与静态性能。研究成果对调速系统主配压阀选型、接力器参数计算、系统整体设计及工程现场适配具有一定的指导意义。 For the non-adjustable time constant(T_(y))and insufficient operating power of actuator servomotor for turbine governor system,this paper provides the theoretical analysis on the main distributing valve-servomotor transmission characteristics,operating power matching mechanism and dynamic response characteristics for the purpose of clarifying the causes of the mentioned problems,handling technical contradiction and improving the operation performance of the governor system.It provides the empirical research based on the measurements from TB HPP to reveal the contradiction between stability and sensitivity due to improper T_(y),and the guide vane closing distortion during load shedding caused by insufficient operating power.For this reason,this paper proposes an operating power improvement solution with adjustable T_(y)for hydraulic circuit,which has been verified to significantly improve the dynamic and static performance of the governor system.The research results have certain significance for guiding the selection of main distributing valves for governor systems,calculation of servomotor parameters,overall system design and onsite adaptation.
