微胶囊改性防蚊纤维的制备及性能

摘要 为改善后整理得到的防蚊织物耐洗性差、持久性差的问题,采用密胺树脂(MF)对氯菊酯进行微胶囊化包覆处理,制备防蚊微胶囊。通过熔融双螺杆共混挤出造粒将微胶囊与低熔点聚酯(LMPET)基体复合制得防蚊聚酯切片,进一步经高温熔融纺丝及在线牵伸制得微胶囊改性防蚊聚酯纤维。对微胶囊和防蚊纤维的表面形貌和热稳定性,纤维中氯菊酯的缓释性能,以及防蚊织物的防蚊性能和耐洗性能进行系统研究。结果表明:微胶囊的中位粒径是0.81μm,当微胶囊以较低添加量分散于低熔点聚酯时,纤维可纺性良好,微胶囊添加量为4%时,防蚊纤维的断裂强度达2.0 cN/dtex,伸长率为50%,洗涤30次后防蚊织物中氯菊酯的保留率为90%,耐洗涤性能良好,且防蚊等级达到B级。 In order to improve the poor washing resistance and durability of mosquito-resistant fabrics obtained by postfinishing method,melamine resin(MF resin)was used to encapsulate permethrin to prepare mosquito-resistant microcapsules(MC).Mosquito-resistant polyester chips were obtained by compounding microcapsules with low-melting point polyester(LMPET)matrix through melt twin-screw blending extrusion granulation,and microcapsules modified mosquito-resistant polyester fibers were further prepared by high-temperature melt spinning and online drafting.The surface morphology,thermal stability of microcapsules and anti-mosquito fibers,the sustained release properties of permethrin in fibers,and the anti-mosquito properties and washing resistance of anti-mosquito fabrics were systematically studied.The results show that the median particle size of microcapsules is 0.81μm.When the microcapsule were dispersed in low melting point polyester at a low addition amount,the fiber had good spinnability.When the addition of microcapsules was 4%,the mechanical strength of anti-mosquito fiber reached 2.0 cN/dtex,the elongation was 50%,the retention rate of effective components in antimosquito fabric was 90%after 30 times of washing,the washing resistance was good,and the anti-mosquito grade could reach B grade.
