摘要
本文研究旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工技术,结合实践优化钻机选型、泥浆护壁、钢筋笼安装及水下混凝土灌注等关键工序。针对软土、砂层和岩溶地层提出差异化参数,使塌孔率低于3%,钢筋笼垂直度偏差≤0.5%,桩身完整性合格率达98%。强调按地层精准匹配参数,并构建三级质量管控体系,提升复杂地质下桩基施工质量与效率。
This paper investigates the construction technology of rotary drilling bored piles,optimizing key processes such as drill rig selection,slurry wall support,reinforcement cage installation,and underwater concrete pouring based on practical experience.Differentiated parameters are proposed for soft soil,sandy layers,and karst formations,achieving a hole collapse rate below 3%,reinforcement cage verticality deviation≤0.5%,and pile integrity compliance rate of 98%.The study emphasizes precise parameter matching according to ground conditions and establishes a three-tier quality control system to enhance pile construction quality and efficiency in complex geological environments.
