基于惯性开关的侵彻状态识别方法

摘要 针对弹簧振子结构惯性开关入靶响应滞后、出靶响应提前及信号间断性问题,提出一种侵彻状态识别方法,利用侵彻状态识别开关提供的信号来识别弹丸当前状态。优化了弹簧振子结构惯性开关及入靶出靶时刻判定策略。通过LS-DYNA对侵彻战斗部侵彻单层靶板过程进行仿真,获取侵彻过载数据。以仿真得到的侵彻过载数据为输入,通过ADAMS对弹簧振子结构惯性开关和优化后的侵彻状态识别开关分别进行了运动学仿真分析。结果表明,侵彻状态识别开关结合入靶出靶时刻判定策略能够提高弹体侵彻状态判定的精度,可以作为引信靶后炸点控制依据,提高弹丸的炸点控制精度。 Aiming at the problems of lag in the target entry response,advance in the target exit response and discontinuity of the signal of the spring oscillator structure inertial switch,a penetration state recognition method is proposed,which uses the signal provided by the penetration state recognition switch to identify the current state of the projectile.The spring oscillator structure inertial switch and the target entry and exit moment determination strategy were optimized.The penetration process of the penetrator warhead penetrating a single-layer target plate was simulated by LS-DYNA to obtain the penetration overload data.Taking the penetration overload data obtained by simulation as the input,the kinematic simulation analysis of the spring oscillator structure inertial switch and the optimized penetration state recognition switch was carried out by ADAMS.The results showed that the penetration state recognition switch combined with the target entry and exit moment determination strategy could improve the accuracy of the projectile penetration state determination,and could be used as the basis for the fuse to control the post-target burst point,improving the accuracy of the burst point control of the projectile.
