摘要
农民合作社在乡村经济发展中发挥着至关重要的作用,但很少有文献阐释农户参与合作社能否有效缓解其收入不平等。本文基于中国乡村社会大调查(CRSS)的微观调研数据,运用计量经济学模型实证考察了参与合作社对农户收入的具体影响及作用机制。研究发现:(1)参与合作社对农户家庭具有显著增收效应,同时可有效缓解农户收入不平等,且该结果具有很好的稳健性;(2)参与合作社对农户家庭增收及农户收入不平等的缓解作用存在代际、收入和区域差异;(3)社会资本和经济参与作为中介变量促进农户家庭人均年收入增长,并能有效缓解农户收入不平等。因此,需进一步鼓励农户积极加入正规合作社,同时鼓励农村发展适宜的、不同类型的合作社,拓宽合作社持续发展路径,确保社员从合作社中获得多样化、多元化收益;因地制宜地利用区位优势和农村特色产业发展特色合作社,尤其要重视低收入、低学历农户群体,强化合作社与贫困农户的利益联结制度与贯彻实施,促进农户持续增收。
Farmers'cooperatives play a vital role in rural economic development,but there is little literature to explain whether farmers'participation in cooperatives can effectively alleviate their income inequality.Based on the micro-survey data of CRSS,this paper uses econometric models to demonstrate the specific impact and mechanism of participation in cooperatives on farmers'income.The results show that:(1)Participation in cooperatives has a significant income increase effect on peasant households,and can effectively alleviate the income inequality of farmers,and the result is very robust;(2)There are intergenerational,income and regional differences in the effects of cooperative participation on household income increase and income inequality;(3)Social participation and economic participation,as intermediary variables,can promote the growth of per capita income of rural households and effectively alleviate the income inequality of rural households.Therefore,it is necessary to further encourage farmers to actively join formal cooperatives,encourage rural areas to develop appropriate and different types of cooperatives,broaden the sustainable development path of cooperatives,and ensure that members get diversified and diversified benefits from cooperatives.According to local conditions,we should make use of regional advantages and rural characteristic industries to develop characteristic cooperatives,especially pay attention to low-income and low-education peasant households,strengthen the system and implementation of the interest linkage between cooperatives and poor peasant households,and promote the continuous increase of peasant households'income.
