摘要
针对复杂工况下示功图计量精度不足的问题,提出一种基于模式识别和有效冲程的示功图计产新方法。通过示功图计产准确性影响因素分析,确定有效冲程和井口产液量计算方式,并对各类复杂工况的示功图进行工况分类及特征识别,有针对性地修正计产方法。研究和应用结果表明:适合示功图计产的工况类型主要分为饱满型、刀把型和缺角型3大类,新方法在23口井中得到应用,总体准确率提升17%,其中18口井误差低于10%。该方法有助于推动油井管理数字化发展,具有很好的应用前景。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient accuracy in measuring yield by indicator diagram in complex working conditions,a new method for calculating the production based on pattern recognition and effective stroke was proposed.Through analysis of influencing factors on the accuracy in measuring yield by indicator diagram,the effective stroke and the calculation method of fluid production at wellhead were determined,the work condition classification and feature recognition were carried out for the indicator diagram under various working conditions,and improved the method for calculating the yield properly.The research and application results showed that,the types of working conditions suitable for the production calculation by the indicator diagram were mainly divided into three categories,i.e.full,handle,and missing corner types.The new method has been applied to 23 wells,and the overall accuracy has increased by 17%,of which 18 wells have error of less than 10%.The method has promoted the digital development of oil well management,with a good prospect for its application.
