摘要
本文对使用无氧铜材质热交换器的燃气热水器在运行几个月后出现管路腐蚀漏水的情况进行追踪,通过金相显微镜、体视显微镜、电子显微镜等相关管路材料进行分析,同时也对热交换器受水温影响及受烟气腐蚀等进行影响程度分析,研究了腐蚀发生的机理、影响因素及常用的防腐措施,提出针对性的方案,以便后续研发设计参考。
This paper tracks the corrosion-induced leakage in pipelines of gas water heaters using oxygen-free copper heat exchangers after several months of operation.Analysis was conducted on the pipeline materials using metallographic microscopes,stereomicroscopes,electron microscopes,and other relevant tools.The study also evaluates the extent of influence of water temperature and flue gas corrosion on the heat exchanger.It investigates the mechanisms of corrosion,influencing factors,and commonly used anti-corrosion measures,proposing targeted solutions for future research and design reference.
