智能技术驱动下教学时间重构的机制与应对

摘要 寻求智能时代教学时间的重构逻辑及应对路径,必须从技术与人文融合的视角出发,针对人工智能技术引发的教学时间变革及潜在风险开展系统性探讨,审视智能时代教学时间的重构机制,为推动技术驱动下的教学时间从“效率导向”向“发展导向”转型提供理论参考。通过剖析教学时间的价值承载、历史演进与认知建构这三重本体维度,揭示智能技术对传统线性教学时间的解构机制,即虚拟赋能突破物理时空限制,形成弹性化、可逆的学习场域;人机协同催生虚实融合的复合教学生态,但同时可能加剧认知碎片化及主体性异化等潜在风险。据此从动态适配、效能提升与异化对抗三个方面提出智能时代教学时间重构的应对之策:通过智能系统实时调控实现教学时序弹性重组;依托人机协同优化时间资源分层配置;建立反思性停顿机制与数据权力制衡体系以捍卫教学主体的精神自由。 To explore the reconstruction logic and response paths of teaching time in the intelligent era,we must proceed from the perspective of integrating technology and humanity,conduct a systematic discussion on the changes and potential risks of teaching time triggered by artificial intelligence technology,examine the reconstruction mechanism of teaching time in the intelligent era,and provide theoretical reference for promoting the transformation of technology-driven teaching time from"efficiency-oriented"to"development-oriented".By analyzing the three ontological dimensions of teaching time:value bearing,historical evolution,and cognitive construction,this paper reveals the deconstruction mechanism of intelligent technology on traditional linear teaching time:virtual empowerment breaks through the limitations of physical time and space,forming a flexible and reversible learning field;Human-machine collaboration gives birth to a compound teaching ecology integrating virtual and real,but it may also exacerbate potential risks such as cognitive fragmentation and subject alienation.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the reconstruction of teaching time in the intelligent era from three aspects:dynamic adaptation,efficiency improvement,and alienation resistance:realizing the flexible reorganization of teaching sequences through real-time regulation of intelligent systems,optimizing the hierarchical allocation of time resources relying on human-machine collaboration,and establishing a reflective pause mechanism and a data power balance system to uphold the spiritual freedom of teaching subjects..
