新能源汽车一体压铸总成件加工工艺优化研究——基于后纵梁压铸件的创新实践

摘要 以某新能源汽车后纵梁压铸件加工为例,对五轴和机械臂两种加工工艺分析,在原有工装的基础上进行改进,在内侧面加工位置预留避让孔,采用万向角度头刀柄,实现在四轴机床上加工此类产品,此方案减少了机床设备的投入,产品质量稳定,生产效率高。减少产品综合成本约40%,有很好的实用意义。 Taking the processing of a certain new energy vehicle rear longitudinal beam die-casting part as an example,the two processing techniques of five-axis and mechanical arm are analyzed.On the basis of the original fixture,a clearance hole is reserved at the inner side processing position,and a universal angled cutter handle is adopted to realize the processing of such products on a four-axis machine tool.This solution reduces the investment in machine tools,ensures stable product quality,and has high production efficiency.It reduces the comprehensive cost of the product by about 40%,which has good practical significance.
