摘要
基于中西医结合视角,系统阐述中医学“脾主运化”理论的科学内涵及其季节性波动规律。中医脾胃的功能可以从营养物质的吸收和物质间转化的能量角度阐释。现代研究发现能量摄入和营养/水液代谢会受到季节节律的影响。机制研究表明,光周期通过视交叉上核—褪黑素—促甲状腺激素轴调控食欲,而温度变化通过瘦素介导能量代谢。笔者阐明“脾不主时”和“脾应长夏”理论的现代生物学基础,为季节性代谢疾病防治及食养的时令方案制定提供了依据。
From the perspective of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,this paper systematically discusses the scientific connotation of the theory of"Pi dominating transportation and transformation"in Chinese medicine(CM)and its seasonal fluctuation pattern.The functions of the Pi and Wei in CM can be interpreted from the energy perspective of nutrient absorption and metabolism.Modern research has demonstrated that seasonal rhythms affect energy intake and nutrient and fluid metabolism.Mechanistic studies have revealed that photoperiod regulates appetite via the suprachiasmatic nucleus-melatonin-thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)axis,while temperature changes mediate energy metabolism via leptin.This article explains the modern biological basis of the theories of"Pi having a non-dominant season"and"Pi corresponding to a long summer",and provide guidance on seasonal health maintenance.
