摘要
目的:对比无痛支气管镜与常规支气管镜在呼吸系统疾病诊疗中安全性、耐受性及操作效率的差异。方法:选取2021年4—6月文山市人民医院行常规支气管镜检查的60例患者作为对照组,另选取2024年4—6月本院行无痛支气管镜检查的60例患者作为观察组,回顾性分析两组临床资料。比较两组从操作开始至进入声门时间、生命体征及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组从操作开始至进入声门时间为(22.90±1.24)s,短于对照组的(54.60±4.70)s(P<0.05);术中(进声门后)观察组呼吸频率、心率、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,SpO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的45.00%(P<0.05)。结论:与常规支气管镜检查比较,无痛支气管镜检查可提高操作效率,减少不良反应。
Objective:To compare the safety,tolerance,and operational efficiency between painless bronchoscopy and conventional bronchoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.Method:Sixty patients who underwent routine bronchoscopy in Wenshan People's Hospital from April to June 2021 were selected as the control group.Another 60 patients who underwent painless bronchoscopy in our hospital from April to June 2024 were selected as the observation group.The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.The time from the start of the operation to the entrance of the glottis,vital signs,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The time from the start of the operation to the entrance of the glottis in the observation group was(22.90±1.24)s,which was shorter than(54.60±4.70)s in the control group(P<0.05).During the operation(after glottic entry),the respiratory rate,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and SpO_(2) was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33%,which was lower than 45.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to conventional bronchoscopy,painless bronchoscopy improves operational efficiency and reduce adverse reactions.
