摘要
目的 探讨Landau-Kleffner综合征变异型(LKSV)与Landau-Kleffner综合征(LKS)临床特征的差异。方法 回顾性分析3例LKSV患者的临床资料,并与3例LKS患者的临床资料进行对比分析。结果 与LKS比较,LKSV发病年龄早,临床上无癫痫发作,获得性失语严重,精神行为异常明显,EEG异常严重,治疗效果差。结论 LKSV和LKS存在明显临床差异。LKSV经规范化治疗后EEG改善不明显,语言功能恢复更差。
Objective To investigate the difference of clinical features between Landau-Kleffner syndrome variant(LKSV)and Landau-Kleffner syndrome(LKS).Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with LKSV were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the clinical data of 3 patients with LKS.Results Compared with LKS,LKSV had an earlier age of onset,no clinical seizures,severe acquired aphasia,obvious mental and behavioral abnormalities,severe EEG abnormalities,and poor therapeutic effect.Conclusions There are significant clinical differences between LKSV and LKS.LKSV has no significant improvement of EEG after standardized tretment,and its language function recovery is worse.
