摘要
随着微创技术在妇科领域的广泛应用,腔镜手术已成为妇科良性肿瘤治疗的重要方式之一。然而,传统护理模式在术前准备、术中管理及术后恢复方面仍存在一定局限,难以满足患者快速康复的需求。快速康复护理路径(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,ERAS)以循证医学为基础,通过对手术全过程进行科学化优化,减少机体应激反应,促进术后早期活动和功能恢复。本文以妇科良性肿瘤腔镜手术患者为研究对象,从快速康复护理路径的具体措施入手,探讨其在舒缓术后疼痛、改善肠道功能、减少并发症、缩短住院时间及提升患者身心康复方面的实际效果。研究发现,该护理路径能显著提高患者术后恢复质量,促进生活自理能力和总体满意度的提升,为妇科微创手术患者护理方案的优化提供了重要参考依据。
With the widespread application of minimally invasive techniques in the field of gynecology,laparoscopic surgery has become one of the important methods for treating benign tumors in gynecology.However,the traditional nursing model still has certain limitations in preoperative preparation,intraoperative management,and postoperative recovery,making it difficult to meet the needs of patients for rapid recovery.Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)is based on evidence-based medicine,which scientifically optimizes the entire surgical process,reduces the body's stress response,and promotes early postoperative activity and functional recovery.This article takes patients undergoing gynecological benign tumor laparoscopic surgery as the research object,starting from specific measures of rapid rehabilitation nursing path,exploring its practical effects in relieving postoperative pain,improving intestinal function,reducing complications,shortening hospital stay,and enhancing patients'physical and mental recovery.Research has found that this nursing pathway can significantly improve the quality of postoperative recovery for patients,promote the improvement of self-care ability and overall satisfaction,and provide important reference for optimizing nursing plans for minimally invasive gynecological surgery patients.
