Objective To analyze the effect of implementing bundled care in preventing enteral nutrition intolerance in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Method Patients admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to February 2025 were selected for this study, totaling 81 patients. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in the control group and 41 in the experimental group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received bundled care in addition to routine care. The severity of intolerance symptoms, the incidence of enteral nutrition intolerance, and nutritional indicators were compared between the two groups.Result The total symptom scores and duration of symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the probability of experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, and other enteral nutrition intolerance symptoms in the experimental group was lower(P<0.05);nutritional indicators such as Hb and PAB in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a bundled care strategy can significantly reduce the likelihood of enteral nutrition intolerance in patients with severe traumatic brain injury, alleviate related clinical symptoms, and effectively improve patients'nutritional status, demonstrating value for clinical promotion and application.
