摘要
随着人口老龄化加速,进入医院门诊和病房进行静脉采血的老年患者数量不断增加。由于老年群体存在血管脆弱、弹性下降、皮下组织变薄等生理特点,使静脉穿刺难度显著增加,而穿刺进针角度作为影响采血成功率、疼痛程度及并发症发生率的关键因素,受到越来越多临床护理人员的关注。本研究通过系统观察不同进针角度(小角度、中等角度、大角度)在老年患者采血中的综合表现,从成功率、采血顺畅度、血肿形成、患者疼痛感及护理风险等方面进行对比分析,旨在探讨最适用于老年人群的穿刺角度选择策略。研究结果显示,中等角度穿刺最能兼顾成功率与安全性,可作为老年患者静脉穿刺的优选角度。本研究为临床采血质量改进提供了实践依据,并为制定规范化穿刺流程提供参考。
With the acceleration of population aging,the number of elderly patients entering hospital clinics and wards for intravenous blood collection is constantly increasing.Due to the physiological characteristics of fragile blood vessels,decreased elasticity,and thinning of subcutaneous tissue in the elderly population,the difficulty of venipuncture has significantly increased.As a key factor affecting the success rate of blood collection,pain level,and incidence of complications,the needle insertion angle has received increasing attention from clinical nursing staff.This study systematically observed the comprehensive performance of different needle insertion angles(small angle,medium angle,large angle)in elderly patients'blood collection,and compared and analyzed them from the aspects of success rate,blood collection smoothness,hematoma formation,patient pain perception,and nursing risk,aiming to explore the most suitable puncture angle selection strategy for the elderly population.The research results show that medium angle puncture can best balance success rate and safety,and can be used as the preferred angle for venipuncture in elderly patients.This study provides practical basis for improving the quality of clinical blood collection and serves as a reference for developing standardized puncture procedures.
