摘要
宫腔镜技术因其微创、高效、恢复快等优势,被广泛应用于妇科诊疗。然而,术前准备不充分及患者因对手术过程不了解而产生的焦虑情绪,常会影响手术配合度与术后恢复质量。随着新媒体技术的发展,微视频健康教育逐渐成为医疗宣教的新形式,为患者提供通俗、直观、易理解的健康知识,使术前准备更规范、患者焦虑明显缓解。本文从宫腔镜手术患者的生理与心理特点出发,探讨微视频健康教育的作用机制,深入分析其对术前准备规范性、患者焦虑程度、术中配合度及整体健康行为改善的影响。通过系统研究可发现,微视频健康教育能够显著提升患者术前知识掌握度,降低焦虑水平,增强手术配合性,提高护理工作效率,具有重要的临床推广价值。
Hysteroscopy technology is widely used in gynecological diagnosis and treatment due to its advantages of minimally invasive,efficient,and fast recovery.However,insufficient preoperative preparation and anxiety caused by patients'lack of understanding of the surgical process often affect surgical cooperation and postoperative recovery quality.With the development of new media technology,micro video health education has gradually become a new form of medical education,providing patients with popular,intuitive,and easy to understand health knowledge,making preoperative preparation more standardized,and significantly alleviating patient anxiety.This article explores the mechanism of micro video health education based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of patients undergoing hysteroscopy surgery,and deeply analyzes its impact on preoperative preparation standardization,patient anxiety level,intraoperative cooperation,and overall health behavior improvement.Through systematic research,it can be found that micro video health education can significantly improve patients'preoperative knowledge mastery,reduce anxiety levels,enhance surgical cooperation,improve nursing work efficiency,and has important clinical promotion value.
