摘要
根据仝小林“态靶辨治”理论,结合慢性阻塞性肺疾病的病理演变、进展规律和临床特点,按照中医的思维审视疾病全过程,将病程分为阻、闭、脱、虚四态,分别对应慢性阻塞性肺疾病进程的四期:气道阻塞期、肺血管改变期、心肺功能衰竭期和稳定期,抓住每一阶段“态”的核心病机,总结出核心方及靶药。将慢阻肺横向按病分期,纵向层层剥离分析,实现对慢阻肺全方位、动态的、连续的认识,在治疗上态靶同调,精准直中病机,提高治疗针对性和临床可操作性。
Based on Academician Tong Xiaolin's theory of"state-target differentiation and treatment",and integrating the pathological evolution,progression patterns,and clinical characteristics of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),the disease process is examined through the lens of traditional Chinese medicine.The disease course is divided into four states:obstruction,closure,collapse,and deficiency,corresponding to its four stages:airway obstruction stage,pulmonary vascular alteration stage,cardiopulmonary failure stage,and stable stage.The study is aimed at identifying the core pathogenesis of each"state"and formulating core formulas and targeted medications,enabling a comprehensive,dynamic,and continuous understanding of COPD.The treatment approaches involved in this study focus on a simultaneous regulation of both the disease states and its underlying targets,precisely addressing its pathogeneses to enhance therapeutic specificity and clinical feasibility.
